Overview

Deleting your Orgnostic account can mean one of two things, depending on your user permissions. You can either delete your entire organization’s account and remove all associated data from the platform, or merely remove your personal user account.

Delete your organization’s account and all its data

1. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen
2. Got to My Profile
3. Navigate to the bottom of the page until you see the Danger Zone section
4. Click Delete your organization

Delete your personal user account without deleting organizational data

If you have a user account with HR permissions (and NOT admin permissions) performing the steps described in the previous section will delete your user account without affecting your organization's account.

Please double-check to verify you don’t have admin permissions, and proceed carefully.
