Before you start

<aside> ⚠️ Account requirements: you need access to a Gusto account with admin privileges to complete this task.

1. In Orgnostic, on the top right corner click on your name, then go to My Profile

2. At the bottom of the My Profile page you'll see the Connected Apps section. Choose Gusto and click Connect

• A Gusto authorization dialogue will open

  

1. In the Gusto Authorization dialogue, click Authorize

1. Click Connect Gusto

   

Your Orgnostic profile is now connected with Gusto.

Orgnostic will start fetching the data right away. The process will take a while to complete. Its duration varies depending on the number of things you track and their health.

Once it’s done, you will be all set to start exploring your people metrics. 🥳

The following metrics will show up in your Orgnostic Stories and Chapters after you connect Gusto.
