Overview

Setting clear targets is essential for improving organizational performance, including in people operations. In Orgnostic, you can set target values for HR metrics and receive periodic reports to measure and track progress towards achieving specific goals.

Set new targets

Target-setting is available for the majority of HR metrics within your Story. You can set multiple targets for each metric. You can also either set targets for the entire organization or for a specific part of it, by applying filters to your data.

To set a target:

  1. Navigate to the specific HR metric for which you want to set a target
  2. Optional: to set a target for a specific subset of your organization, apply filters to the metric.
  3. Click the Targets label to access the target-setting parameters.

  1. Click **+ Set First Target (**or + Set New Target if there already are some)

  1. Use the slider to set your target value (or type it in).

  2. Click the calendar icon and select a due date for reaching your target

  1. Specify how frequently you want to receive email updates: weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

  2. Click the Set Target to save your settings.
