Definition

Employee Net promoter Score (eNPS) built on top of the NPS system and as such represents the number of employees who would recommend your company as a great place to work. The score has a unique scale ranging from - 100 to + 100 and is calculated by subtraction of the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters.

A powerful indicator of overall employee experience. Employee NPS can be used as an outcome metric to determine drivers of employee experience.
