Overview

The First Report provides an initial assessment of your organization’s human capital. It’s meant to orient new users and establish a baseline. This can help you determine pain points, opportunity areas, and establish priorities for HR operations.

When to expect your First Report?

You receive this report soon after you create your Orgnostic account and connect your HRIS or ATS or both. When the report is ready, a notification will be sent to the email address you typed in the registration form.

Where to find your First Report?

Your first report will be available from the Report tab on your Home screen. After a while, it will disappear from there to make room for more current Weekly Reports.

However, you’ll always be able to access the First Report from the drop-down menu that shows up on top of your screen when you open a Weekly Report.
